You can try out these 5 instant foods for your cravings.
- Cheese grilled sandwich

- I make my cheese grilled sandwich on a Tawa. (concave fry pan)
- Take 2 slices of brown bread.
- Apply butter generously on one side of the bread and keep it on Tawa. (butter side on the Tawa)
- Now place 2 cheese slices on the bread and sprinkle some coriander leaves.
- Cover it up with the second bread slice.
- On the upper side of the second bread apply butter generously.
- Grill/toast both sides of the sandwich.
- Your cheese grilled sandwich is ready. Have it with chilli sauce to get the spicy taste.
2.Crispy corn

- Boil 1 cup peeled corn for 5 minutes in salted water.
- Drain the water out.
- Take a frying pan, add butter (the more the better) and sauté the boiled corn till it turns a bit crispy.
- Add ½ cup chopped onions, ½ cup chopped tomatoes and ¼ cup capsicum.
- Add salt and chaat masala as per taste.
- Sprinkle some coriander leaves and enjoy!!
3. Boiled Masala peanuts

- Soak 1 cup peanuts (groundnuts) in the pressure cooker, add salt as per taste.
- Pressure cook till 4 to 5 whistles.
- Drain the water.
- Take boiled peanuts in a mixing bowl and add ½ cup chopped onions and ½ cup chopped tomatoes. Mix well.
- Add salt and chaat masala as per taste.
- Squeeze some lemon juice as per taste.
- Mix well and enjoy the crunchy and spicy masala peanuts.
- 4.Sukhi Bhel

- Take 2 cups of puffed rice in a bowl.
- Add 1 cup of crispy mixed farsan. (namkeen mixture)
- Add ½ cup onions, ½ cup potato, ½ cup tomato and a handful of peanuts.
- Then add chaat masala and some salt as per taste.
- Squeeze some lemon juice as per taste.
- Mix everything well and your sukhi bhel is ready.
- You can add Tamarind and dates chutney and coriander chutney to make it tastier.
- 5.Paneer chilli dry starter

- Take 250 grams of paneer. Cut them into cubes.
- In a flat frying pan, add 3 to 4 tbsps of butter.
- After the butter melts add the paneer cubes and fry till both sides turn golden brown. Remove it in a bowl once done.
- In the same flat frying pan, add 1 tbsp. of chopped ginger and 1 tbsp. of garlic paste. Sauté till it turns golden brown.
- Then add ½ cup chopped onions and sauté till translucent.
- Then add ½ cup of chopped tomatoes and ½ cup chopped capsicum and mix well for 2 minutes.
- Then add the fried paneer cubes, 2 tbsps of soya sauce and 1 tbsp. of chilli sauce and mix well.
- In a bowl take 2 tbsps of corn-starch and add ¼ cup water and mix well into a smooth paste.
- Add this paste to the pan and mix well till the gravy thickens/ becomes dry.
- Your paneer chilli dry starter is ready. Enjoy!!
